PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

BLUEPRNT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

DAMAGES

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

We ship worldwide; however, BLUEPRNT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, border clearance fees, etc.).

If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay the customs/border clearance fees, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. While we guarantee our processing time of 1-3 business days, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing which are outside of our control.
